Megan Schaub is an Associate with Moustarah & Company and practices in the areas of personal injury and criminal defence.
Ms. Schaub received her Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction, in English from the University of Alberta in 2014. She then completed her Juris Doctor, with Distinction, at the University of Alberta in 2017.
Ms. Schaub received a number of academic awards throughout her undergraduate and legal studies, including the Louise McKinney Post-Secondary Scholarship in 2011, the Dr. Alexander Smith, QC Prize in the Subject of Contract Law in 2015, and the President’s Scholarship in Law in 2015. During her legal studies, she made the Dean’s List from 2014-2016.
Ms. Schaub completed her articles at Moustarah & Company. She has gained experience in personal injury law and civil litigation drafting contracts, pleadings and settlements. Her criminal law experience includes preparing for trials, Charter applications, and conducting summary dispositions.
Outside of law, Ms. Schaub enjoys hiking and going to the theatre.
